Certified remediation
Our partners execute the regulated cleanup under their own licensing, PPE, and waste-tracking protocols. The site is released once biological hazards are eliminated and documentation is complete.

Restoration & rebuild
Vice Capital demolishes affected assemblies, replaces sub-floor and framing where needed, and restores drywall, flooring, trim, paint, cabinetry, and fixtures. Everything is documented for the insurance file.

Single close-out
One walkthrough. One punch list. One final invoice covering both remediation and restoration. Insurance receives a single, itemized document for the whole claim.

We coordinate directly with carriers, provide before-and-after photography, and issue W-9s, COIs, and lien releases without prompting.
