DISCRETION · COMPASSION · COMPLETION

Handled quietly. Handled fully.

THE MODEL

One team from remediation to reoccupancy.

Most homeowners, property managers, and family members face two problems after a biohazard event: finding a certified cleanup crew, and then finding a contractor willing to rebuild what the cleanup exposes. Two vendors. Two contracts. Two invoices. Two schedules that never quite line up.

Vice Capital solves that with a single point of contact. Certified biohazard remediation specialists handle the regulated cleanup under their own licensing and PPE protocols. When the scene is released, our crew steps in to demo affected assemblies, restore structure and finishes, and hand back a space that looks like nothing ever happened. The client sees one project manager and one closing statement.

WHAT WE HANDLE

The full arc of an incident — quietly.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. One project manager. One bill.

  1. 01

    Call & dispatch

One phone call to Vice Capital. We assess the scope, dispatch a certified remediation partner to the site, and coordinate with property owners, insurance adjusters, or families.

  2. 02

    Certified remediation

Our partners execute the regulated cleanup under their own licensing, PPE, and waste-tracking protocols. The site is released once biological hazards are eliminated and documentation is complete.

  3. 03

    Restoration & rebuild

Vice Capital demolishes affected assemblies, replaces sub-floor and framing where needed, and restores drywall, flooring, trim, paint, cabinetry, and fixtures. Everything is documented for the insurance file.

  4. 04

    Single close-out

One walkthrough. One punch list. One final invoice covering both remediation and restoration. Insurance receives a single, itemized document for the whole claim.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The wrong question is who cleans it. The right question is who closes it.

A certified remediation crew's job ends the moment the affected material is bagged and hauled. What's left behind is exposed sub-floor, torn-out drywall, missing trim, and a room that isn't ready for anyone to walk back into. Most families and property owners discover this only after the cleanup crew leaves.

We built this practice so that never happens on our watch. The moment the scene is released, our crew is on site with the restoration scope already priced and scheduled. No second bid. No second contractor tour. No waiting weeks to reoccupy a home or return a rental to market. One team from the first call to the final key hand-off.
